Priority 1: To raise attainment and demonstrate measurable national expectation ‘combined’ 58% (reading, writing, maths) progress with a particular focus on writing across all key stages by embedding oracy as a central pedagogical approach in teaching and learning.

Priority 2: To embed and reinforce the school’s core values and culture across all aspects of school life, ensuring they are consistently understood, modelled, and celebrated by pupils, staff, and the wider community.

Priority 3: To improve overall attendance rates, particularly in EYFS and KS1 by fostering a culture of high expectations, early intervention, and strong partnerships with families—ensuring all pupils have consistent access to high-quality learning experiences.

Priority 4: To strengthen whole school inclusive practice and ensure consistently high-quality provision for pupils with SEND, Pupil Premium and G&T across the school, so that all learners make sustained progress academically, socially, and emotionally.

Priority 5: To strengthen leadership capacity and accountability at all levels, from school governors to SLT and middle curriculum leaders, ensuring that leadership decisions are informed, strategic, and focused on improving the quality of education, pupil outcomes, and inclusion across the school.
